What's a dog to do

When he's hanging around with you

And sees there's a leak in your hose

That is sprinkling on his nose?

When the sprinkle becomes a puddle

All shiny, wet, and big

That calls out to him.... dig, dig, DIG?!!

Now the puddle's turned into a hole

Filled with muddy water sublime

But to lie down and rest for a time.....
